Multiple Ways For Coaches to Communicate with Teams

Email from OTTO SPORT Website

Below are step-by-step instructions for coaches to send out team emails through the OTTO SPORT website.

STEP 1: Log into OTTO SPORT using https://myathletics-volleyball.ottosport.ai/_dashboard; enter your email ID and password, or link through Facebook / Google

STEP 2: Navigate to your team page

STEP 3: Click on the "MESSAGES" tab

STEP 4: To start a new email, hit the "COMPOSE NEW MESSAGE" button

STEP 5: Click on the "Recipients*" drop-down to review options

• "All - Staff, Players & Parents" -- messages everyone associated with the team

• "Select Individuals" -- messages one or more individuals on the team

• "Team Staff Only" - messages just the coaching staff on the team

STEP 6: Set the "Reply to Address" as appropriate

STEP 7: Compose the subject and email content

STEP 8: Hit "SEND NOW"

STEP 1: From the OTTO SPORT Mobile App home page, click on your active team at the top of the screen

STEP 2: From the team page, click on the "MESSAGES" menu option at the bottom of the screen

STEP 3: Clock on the "EMAIL" Tab

STEP 4: Clock on those to receive the email

STEP 5: Hit the "COMPOSE EMAIL", which opens up your mobile email client

STEP 6: Compose the subject and body then hit the send button

 

Chat through the OTTO SPORT Mobile App

STEP 1: From the OTTO SPORT Mobile App home page, click on your active team at the top of the screen

STEP 2: Select the target group: "TEAM" or "STAFF"

STEP 3: Type your message and hit send.

 

Download Team Information to Message From Another Tool

STEP 1: Log into OTTO SPORT using https://myathletics-volleyball.ottosport.ai/_dashboard; enter your email ID and password, or link through Facebook / Google

STEP 2: Navigate to your team page

STEP 3: In the upper right corner of the team page, click on the three vertical dots which are between "Age" and "?"

STEP 4: Select the Printer icon with the words "Print Roster"

STEP 5: Select "EXPORT CSV"

STEP 6: Open the resulting export file and copy the email addresses to your preferred mail client or social media tool.  NOTE that OTTO SPORT blocks general access in the system to email addresses of those younger than 18.
